I wrote this poem in 2007 when it was still new to me that the sun never sets in the summer or that it gets dark where I live.

Day 1789, dilute.
Daily picture, picturesWe often have to climb high
and far
away from our pride
~
before we can vent
whats burning
inside
~
and it can help
to stand straight
because appearance
dilutes
Day 1041, The bridge.
Day's pictures, PoetryThe bridges end is near
the other side seems to be behind
*
I stop and look down
reflection is what I find
*
time streams
but looks frozen
*
far in the reflection
I see myself
*
as I was
without depth.

Day 1032, for you.
Day's pictures, PoetrySeen from above
from far in time

to perform for you

Day's pictures, PoetryA roadblock forms
unseen
around the corner

before the turn

Day 1029, tweet.
Day's pictures, PoetryYou wonder
why some see it as straight
what you see as crooked
is there no answer
or more than one
I guess at least I do reflect
while some just roar shout out, and tweet

Day 1028, why I am here.
Day's pictures, PoetryA mountaintop
the clouds disappeared

wanneer een leugen evolueert
een verleden op lost
wat overblijft, verspreidt
verdroogde wroeging

Day's pictures, PoetryRepeating lines emerge
from a past to a wished-for future
not intersected
by realities chains

Day 1021, on my carpet.
Day's pictures, PoetryA comfortable sitting down
legs crossed, the mind wondering
a slight draft, a window is open
the eyes close, light still seeps trough
it slowly darkens, and I get lighter
the floor falls away, pressures dissolve
I fly away, sitting on my carpet

Day 1020, dividing space.
Day's pictures, PoetryThoughts originate
spread out equally
from a middle
neutral origin
where they go
hitting the light
shattering apart
dividing space

Day 1017, barren soil.
Day's pictures, Poetry, SocietyFallen in to barren soil, all that your fingers ever touched.
The world is not there for you, you are nothing.
Not worth the time to prepare for, a meal.
Our morals? Our duty? We all come from barren soil.
