breakup

Day 1615, clear cut.

Day's pictures, Poetry

All the fibers

tore

seamless

in my body

at the same time

~

when you told me

~

it was best

this way

~

a clear cut

and I was

Day 1601, dragged.

Day's pictures, Poetry

Day 1601.jpg

I don’t want

to give you cover

no longer

against the rain

~

but I am still

leaving

dragged down

by the forces

that kept me

with you

Day 1360, left in an angle.

Day's pictures, Poetry

Day 1360.jpg

She sat restless

pushed herself

away

ever so slightly

while getting up

Day 1134, counting down.

Day's pictures, Poetry

Day 1134-1.jpg

In storage

are my thoughts of you

in boxes

the pictures I took

in a corner

the time we had

still counting down

from the day we met

Day 1072, still water.

Day's pictures, Poetry

Day 1072-1.jpg

Sudden strong wind coming from the other shore form ripples on still water.

The sun has reached its highest point and is descending scattered in reflecting water.

From the bright light of midday, through the long shadows, it ends in dark red reflection on calmed water.
