tropics

Day 2052, equator.

Day's pictures, Poetry
Film, 1994, Curacao

I lived on an island by the equator

where the weather was the same

every day the sun also set

just a car drive after dinner

~

it was paradise for us

the lucky few

seeing the sun set so fast

in a world that stood still
