The fear of God is not the beginning of wisdom. The fear of God is the death of wisdom. Skepticism and doubt lead to study and investigation, and investigation is the beginning of wisdom.

Why I am an Agnostic and Other Essays, Clarence Darrow

For some reason, Clarence Darrow appeared on my path. He is the famous lawyer born over 150 years ago. His ideas are so refreshing that almost everyone alive today couldn’t stand in his shadow… Shame on you, world. I bought this book because it’s more enjoyable than reading his work online, where most of his writings are available.
